3. Appointment and Service Policies
Scheduling
- Appointments may be scheduled by phone at (901) 362-8863 or through our website
- We reserve the right to confirm all appointments
- Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance when possible
Service Authorization
- All repair work requires written authorization from the vehicle owner or authorized representative
- We will contact you before performing any work beyond the originally authorized scope
- Additional charges may apply for diagnostic time if repairs are declined after diagnosis
Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up
- Vehicles left on our premises are done so at the owner’s risk
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- A service charge may be applied to returned checks
- Past due accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection costs
5. Warranties
We stand behind our work with our 12 Month/12,000 Mile Warranty on parts and labor for covered repairs. Warranty terms include:
- Coverage begins on the date of service completion
- Warranty applies to parts and labor for the specific repair performed
- Warranty coverage requires proper vehicle maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer
- Warranty does not cover normal wear items or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Warranty work must be performed at our facility
- Original repair invoice must be presented for warranty claims
6. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
- Our liability for any service is limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of defective parts
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not related to our services
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
Vehicle Storage
- While vehicles are in our care, we maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- We are not liable for damage due to theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our control
- We recommend removing valuable items from vehicles before service
