Archer's has been a family-run repair shop in Memphis since 1981 — ASE-certified techs, AAA-approved, and the same building on Mendenhall Road since 1991. Every product here has been through our own wash bay and detail bench first. If it streaks, stains, or falls apart, it doesn't make the list.

How much is shipping?
Flat $5.95 on U.S. orders; free on orders $75 and up. U.S. addresses only. Aerosols and some chemicals ship ground only.
When will my order arrive?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships — and an order confirmation the moment you check out.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unopened items in original packaging, no restocking fees. Opened chemicals can't be returned unless defective. Damaged, wrong, or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
Can I pick up at the shop?
Yes — choose local pickup at checkout and collect at 4471 S Mendenhall Rd, Memphis, Mon–Thu 8 AM – 5:30 PM · Fri 8 AM – 5 PM · Closed Sat & Sun.
Do you still do repairs?
Absolutely. The online store is a side of the same family business — the repair shop on Mendenhall is open Mon–Fri for foreign and domestic vehicles.
