I had to wait one full week before I got an appointment, and I am GLAD I did. They don’t just have you dropping off your car and guessing if they are going to get to the car or not. They make plans therefore I was able to make plans for that day. They were not pushy on services that your car did not need. It has also been nerve racking when I took my car to the shop. I felt that the shop was lying or trying to pull a fast one. But here they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to allow them to do the work on my car. They knew what my car needed. Very professional service.
Their service was professional, and they were very accommodating for my car repair. They looked at my Versa to diagnose the problem, and they found that the transmission needed replacing, quoting me a price over $4,000. Ted Archer also decided to check a couple of Nissan dealerships plus Nissan customer service to see if any transmission warranties were active. He found an active warranty at Keras Nissan, and Archer’s towed the vehicle to the dealership. Also, he drove me to the Enterprise location nearby to help me get a rental.
