Why use food grade 18/10 stainless steel and silicone material?
By comparing various metal materials, finally chose 18/10 stainless steel because of its high flexibility and rust resistance. It will not bend out of shape even used to beat a heavy sauce or frosting. As for the handle, plastic handle cannot go through in dishwasher and it is not BPA free. So we choose BPA free silicone and it is dishwasher safe and non-slip. They are all food safe. You do not need to worry about the color fading and any chips in your food.
What other improvements have you made to this product?
1. The egg whisk is sealed up where the metal meets the silicone handle with clear resin so no food or water can get in, and the wires themselves release anything holding on with just a quick rinse and scrub.
2. The stainless steel wires are also spaced out at the far end of the baking whisk so the wires do not get tangled in each other at all and the spacing helps whisk liquids better especially preparing eggs and adding air into your batters.
3. The high flexibility allows more air in when mixing so it improve the efficiency.

6. The cection method of the handle has been improved twice to make the handle cect more tightly and there will be no risk of the handle falling off easily.
