I had to wait one full week before I got an appointment, and I am GLAD I did. They don't just have you dropping off your car and guessing if they are going to get to the car or not. They make plans therefore I was able to make plans for that day. They were not pushy on services that your car did not need. It has also been nerve racking when I took my car to the shop. I felt that the shop was lying or trying to pull a fast one. But here they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to allow them to do the work on my car. They knew what my car needed.
